Year Warranty
Comprehensive coverage for essential home features, including roof leaks,
plumbing, HVAC, garage door installation (excluding cosmetics), and stucco cracks
wider than 1/8".

Year Warranty
Protection on major mechanical systems, including supply and waste piping,
ductwork, and electrical wiring. Exclusions apply.

Year Warranty
Structural warranty covering key components like the foundation, load-bearing walls,
roof framing, beams, columns, and floor systems.
