By participating in the Edwards Homes “Refer a Friend” program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Referrals must be new customers who have not previously inquired or purchased a home from Edwards Homes. The referral form must be completed with accurate and truthful information. Both the referrer and the referred friend will receive a $500 check once the referred friend closes on their home loan with Edwards Homes. Edwards Homes reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Rewards are subject to verification; fraudulent or incomplete referrals may result in disqualification. Recipients of referral rewards are responsible for any applicable taxes.
